Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify for the promo, the customer should:
   a.     Download the China Bank Mobile App;
   b.     Enroll his/her account via self-service or via branch of account;
   c.     Activate his/her enrollment via the ATM or SMS PIN; and
   d.     Sign in on China Bank Mobile App by inputting the Online Activation Code (OAC) sent to their registered email address.
   
   
2. Qualified customers will earn one raffle entry only and may only win once.
   
   
3. 20 raffle winners will receive P1,000 worth of Lazada Gift Cards and 5 raffle winners will receive P5,000 worth of Lazada Gift Cards.
   
   
4. The raffle will be held on July 28, 2023, and in the presence of a DTI representative.
   
   
5. Winners will be notified via registered mail, as well as through their registered email address and mobile number with China Bank. Winners will receive their Lazada Gift Card redemption code via their registered email address.
   
   
6. To redeem their Lazada Gift Card, winners must open their Lazada App, go to “Lazada Wallet”, tap on “Lazada Gift Card”, and input the Lazada Gift Card code indicated in the email notification from China Bank Digital (info@communications.chinabank.ph). The amount of the Lazada Gift Card will automatically be credited to the Lazada Wallet and may be used partially or in full for shopping, payments, and reload.
   
   
7. The Lazada Gift Card code is valid and may be redeemed until December 31, 2023 only. Once the Lazada Gift Card code is redeemed, the Lazada Gift Card cannot be returned, refunded or cancelled. The value of the Lazada Gift Card credited to the Lazada Wallet does not expire.
   
   
8. The Lazada Gift Card code cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points or products other than the offer indicated above and can only be used within the Lazada App.
   
   
9. The security of the Lazada Gift Card code shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners bear the responsibility for ensuring that their email, mobile, Lazada App and/or the Lazada Gift Card will not be exposed or disclosed to unauthorized persons.
   
   
10. By enrolling their accounts on China Bank Mobile during the Promo Period, customers are automatically enrolled into the promo and are deemed to have consented to join the promo and accepted its terms and conditions, unless the customer opts out by contacting China Bank’s Customer Contact Center anytime during the Promo Period.
    
    
11. Names of the winners will be shared with DTI for promo compliance purposes.
    
    
12. Employees of China Banking Corporation and its subsidiaries including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining and participating in the promo.
    
    
13. This promo is not available in conjunction with other existing promos of China Bank, unless otherwise specified.

15. All questions and disputes with respect to the promo shall be resolved solely by the Bank with the concurrence of DTI, and any decision shall be considered final and irrevocable.
