China Banking Corporation (China Bank) recently opened its second branch in Nueva Ecija and its 273rd nationwide, China Bank Talavera Branch. Combined with the branches of its thrift bank subsidiary, China Bank Savings, China Bank's total branch network is now 300 (273 CBC including Makati and BBC and 27 CBS including Ayala). 

The new full service branch is located along Marcos District, Talavera, with Edwin Manuel, Jr. as branch head. It offers a wide array of banking products and services, and is equipped with modern equipment, an ATM and a night depository facility for 24/7 banking convenience.  Banking hours is from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The Bank is looking at opening 13 more branches within the year, with a goal to have a combined branch network of 400 by 2014.

Complementing the Bank's vast branch network are 494 China Bank and China Bank Savings ATMs, and electronic banking channels that provide efficient and secure 24/7 service: China Bank TellerPhone (phone banking) and China Bank Online (Internet and mobile banking).
